When working for Wiley Beyond as a sole UX/UI Designer, I managed the end user’s experience of a platform that partners with business to align the strategic needs with its talent strategy. During my tenure at this organization, I conducted research, led UX sessions, created journey maps, and proposed a redesign of the portal. This provided me with the opportunity to be involved in in spearheading the overall user experience while establishing relationships with product and development partners.
